Our vision is to create confident explosive athletes by empowering student athletes to achieve their highest potential in a positive environment, team approach, and healthy habits.

  • By incorporating youth, high school, and collegiate athletes into organized groups up to 12 participants. These groups will go through specific exercises curated towards their sport, which will set them apart from their competition. These exercises will span for 12 weeks and 2 times a week.

  • A large majority of off-season programs only emphasize weightlifting. As a healthcare professional, performance enhancement specialist, and coach I recognize the need for specific training. Explosiveness and athletic performance is based on many different variables such as balance, acceleration/deceleration, multi-directional agility, speed, and power which is why we train for all of them.

  • All classes will initially focus on foundational skills ensuring proper technique with body control and core stability. Each session will go through a similar process:

    -Every group will preform a dynamic warm-up.

    -The program will utilize different exercises with use of equipment such as plates, barbells, dumbbells, racks, landmines, pull-up bars, medicine balls, steps/benches, plyo boxes, resistance bands, agility equipment, and M1 torque tank sleds.

    -The final set will address the need for explosiveness in the form of horizontal, vertical, rotational, and multi-directional movements. This set of exercises will vary based on age group, specific sport, individual position in said sport, and the coach’s need for a player.
